- How much is postage and packaging?
UK standard delivery is £1.95. Your order will be sent by 1st Class Delivery.
We also offer Special Delivery for an additional £5.50 (total delivery price £7.45). If you would like your order to be sent by this service please add Special Delivery to your cart.
Orders over £50 are upgraded to Special Delivery for FREE.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail. International shipping is £6.00. Please note this service does NOT include tracking.
If you would prefer a trackable service, we also offer International Signed service for an additional £5.00 (total shipping price £11.00). If you would like your order to be sent by this method please add International Signed to your cart.
Orders over £50 are upgraded to International Signed service for free.
Please note any duty and tax charges levied upon entry into your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive confirmation once your order is despatched.
UK 1st Class Delivery takes around 1-2 working days following despatch and Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day (Special Delivery excludes Saturday delivery).
For overseas customers, both Airmail and International Signed-For delivery take around 3 working days for Western Europe, 5 working days for Eastern Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the World.
Please bear in mind these timeframes are provided as a guideline only, delivery can often take longer depending on customs and service in your country. We allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within Europe and 5 weeks for everywhere else.
If you need your item/s more urgently please contact us before making your purchase. We will always do our best to accommodate.
- Can I include a gift message?
Sure you can. Simply state GIFT MESSAGE followed by your message in the note to seller box when checking out and we'll glady include this for you at no charge.

- Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with packaging at the buyer's expense. It is your responsibility until it reaches us and for this reason we strongly recommended you gain proof of posting. We are unable to take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. We regret we are unable to refund original postage and packaging fee unless item is faulty.

- What is vintage?
We generally regard anything pre 1990s as vintage. Vintage components are commonly used throughout our designs and may occasionally show signs of aging - light tarnishing, age spots or scuffing - though wherever possible we will always try to avoid this or buff this out. Our vintage components are previously unused and are old factory stock.

Please note we do not have a showroom or bricks and mortar shop at this location and cannot accomodate visitors at this time.
Each Loubijoux piece comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper within one of our branded cotton pouches - perfect to store your piece in. Orders are sent in a shallow recyclable box which protect your jewels enroute and slots right through most letterboxes.
We take payment through PayPal. You are not required to sign up for an account or hold an account to do so but if you do have one you may of course use it. PayPal accepts debit and credit card payments as well as regular account payments.
We don't accept custom orders but we can alter existing designs to your specific requirements e.g. change the length or colour of a chain, convert an earring into a necklace etc. Contact us to discuss your ideas and we'll see what we can do!
