- How does my piece come packaged?
Each Loubijoux piece comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper within one of our branded cotton drawstring pouches - perfect to store your piece in. Orders are sent within a shallow recyclable box which protects your jewels enroute and slips right through most letterboxes.
- How much is postage and packaging?
UK standard delivery is FREE. Your order will be sent by 1st Class Delivery.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Standard. International shipping is £4.95. Please note this service does NOT include tracking. We are unable to offer tracked and signed for services at this time.
Please note any duty and tax charges levied upon entry into your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items are despatched within 3 working days. You will receive notification once your order is despatched.
UK 1st Class Delivery takes around 1-2 working days following despatch.
International Standard delivery takes around 3 working days for Western Europe, 5 working days for Eastern Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the World.
Please bear in mind these timeframes are provided as a guideline only, delivery can often take longer depending on customs and service in your country. We allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within Europe and 5 weeks for everywhere else.
If you need your order more urgently please contact us before making your purchase. We will always do our best to accommodate.

Yes, absolutely. Simply enter 'GIFT MESSAGE' followed by your message in the 'note to seller' box at checkout and we'll be happy to include this for you.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with packaging at the buyer's expense. It is your responsibility until it reaches us and for this reason we strongly recommended gaining proof of posting. We are unable to take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. We regret we are unable to refund original postage and packaging fee (if applicable) unless item is faulty.

- What is vintage?
We generally regard anything pre 1990s as vintage. Vintage components are commonly used throughout our designs and may occasionally show signs of aging - light tarnishing, age spots or scuffing - though wherever possible we will always try to avoid this or buff this out. Our vintage components are previously unused and are old factory stock.

COVID-19 NOTICE / We are continuing to process your orders as normal and send via standard delivery options, although delivery may take a little longer at this time. Tracked and signed for delivery options are currently suspended as we limit postal trips to postbox drops only. Orders are sent within letterbox friendly boxes so delivery will be contactless.
We take payment through PayPal. You are not required to sign up for an account or hold an account to do so but if you do have one you may of course use it. PayPal accepts debit and credit card payments as well as regular account payments.
We don't accept custom orders but we can alter existing designs to your specific requirements e.g. change the length or colour of a chain, convert an earring into a necklace etc. Contact us to discuss your ideas and we'll see what we can do!
